After over two long and challenging pandemic years, 2022 has seen a return to normality in all walks of life. While the lifting of restrictions was a welcome relief, it has brought new challenges.
Therefore, I must start with a heartfelt thank you to our brilliant clients for their support in the past 12 months. A special welcome also to the many new clients with whom we have had the pleasure of working. Your patience, adaptability and trust have helped us to plot a safe and secure course through this turbulent year.
Despite the supply chain issues, we have so many reasons to be proud this year. The resilience and dedication of my colleagues at Qualtron, along with our supplier partners has been incredible.
In these challenging times we must rely on shared values to create trust and respect for the roles we play in bringing each project to a successful conclusion.
However, when I look back at an extraordinary 2022, the most important thing for me as Founder, is a total validation of the ethical culture here at Qualtron. The Qualtron culture I am so pleased to shout about is built on three simple core values:
“To gain the trust and respect of our clients, to work with a quiet determination to always deliver our best and to pull together when the demands placed on us are at their most challenging.”
We’ve equally seen these values demonstrated daily by our clients and supplier partners, and it is this, above all else, that convinces me that together, we will move into 2023 even stronger.
However, as they say, the future is for another day. For now, let me again give a huge thanks to you all. It just remains for me, and Jenny, to send you our best wishes for good health and good fortune in the year ahead.
Happy New Year
Torsten Steinbrecher
